over the christmas...

I think Christmas is the most faster days in a year.... We cant really realize a time..and just wake for...oops...after tomorow new years eve :) Oh yess...  Im  a little happy, for close this year. And wait, what new will happened on 2013. I think its must to be Mine year! So... i will have a lot of things to do for it.  A christmas time fortune spend really quiet, with a lot visit of family..but still dont finish :)  In Hungary its a really food-holiday... Everybody make the same Christmas menu, Fish-soup, Töltöttkáposzta (stuffed cabbage), and a lot cookies, like Bejgli, and Zserbó (Gerbout-i know its not Hungarian cookie, but we find it own :)).  Im not a big holiday fun... And usually a week before christmas i feel myself full from the thoughs, how much type food will we see on that few days...so... im sick for a week :) Ofcourse becouse it i dont like to eat, but must be polite, and try everywhere, everything. I dont eat fish (ok, rio-mare and fish-stics  :P ) but all other food i have to try, and i must tell now...OVER!!! Im full! Lets will open the 2013 with empty stomach :P Becouse it i havet cook under the holiday.... Make some sushi for family meeting, and Zserbó and mulled-wine-vanilla cupcakes. And i had make to my father rolled fish with vegetables.  Myself was perfect a good france onion-soup...


Ofcourse i had make some handmade surprise. The oliva oil was a great success, and a body crub was perfect too.  (recipe is here - thanks for "maybe matilda") 























  And this is the famous christmas bejgli :) We traditionally do it in two taste, with walnut and a poppy. (can't choose. Both fenomenal :P And since some year u can find a lot of taste, but this two taste is the original) Making a bejgli i think folow from mother to girl, and we cant imagin a christmas without it. I had make my first bejgli 2 year ago. Im always afraid from proofed dough, but for this we must :) 






















And ofcourse i cant forget the szaloncukor. I think nowhere on the earth have this tradicion, just here. Really these are a litte bonbons, in a hundred taste, in a paper... Childs love to eat them from the tree, and close back the paper, looklike is still on full :) (ofcourse, i had do it too! :) )



So...it was christmas... and im a little wait the work... not much...but i cant sit on my ass... and who know.. new year...new page...
